I came across this photo the other day on one of the Thule AB forums, labelled "What is it?". Well, this is all that remains of the AN/FSP-92 (FPS-49) tracker, and transmitter building 3. This is the pedestal upon which the massive tracker antenna stood. It's not immediately apparent in the photo, but this pedestal is three stories high, and it extends about that far down to bedrock shale.
It appears that somebody had some thoughts of demolishing it (near the bottom), but then had second thoughts.

The following July, 2001 photos contributed by Michael Shapiro, MSGT USAF

The following Fall, 1999 photos contributed by John Sheehan. Photos were taken John's daughter's neigbor who is stationed at Thule.
While these photos were taken on Thule AFB, the photos of the 12th Space Wing HQ, and the Dundas Mess Hall clearly make these BMEWS recent photos, in my opinion.
