This radar was gone when John Justice arrived in Dec. 67. It was Army as part of the Missile Mentor System.

Foundation of yet another AN/FPS-90 (or -6) height-finder radar tower located behind (north of) the search radar tower.
(There were 4 height-finders total, originally, at Fort Meade: 2 for the USAF, 2 for the Army).
This was "Baker" height finder used by the USAF. John Justice assisted GEEIA in the removal of equipment from this tower sometime
between Dec. 67 and Apr. 71.
