The former Southwest Region Operations Control Center (SW-ROCC), later Southwest Sector Operations Control Center (SW-SOCC), is located on what is now March Air Reserve Base (ARB). Much of the old March AFB is publicly-accessible, but the SW-ROCC building is just inside the fence line of the ARB. The fence runs along 4th Avenue on its west side, and the north and east sides of the SW-ROCC building can be seen fairly clearly from outside the fence.
