I don`t recognize two of these structures. They must have been built after I was there in 57-58. Elwin Hebner was stationed there 57-61. What is amazing is all the trees that have grown up. There weren`t any trees around the joint when I was there! I used to step out of the radio shack early in the morning and see a herd of pronghorn grazing just outside the fence.
There is a local interest in Miles City to try and construct a history of Ft. Keough. The 902nd was on Ft. Keough and I understand the land and what few buildings remain have been turned back to the USDA.. I reminded those that are trying to get this started not to foget us. You might want to keep an eye on www.milescity.com as this is where I find out about these things.
