Current Use: No longer in use as an air control center. On 1 October 1986, the acronym changed from ''ROCC'' (for ''Region Operations Control Center'') to ''SOCC'' (for ''Sector Operations Control Center''). In 1997 it was redesignated as ''SAOC'' (for ''Sector Air Operations Center'').
