I was able to convince the US Air Force Museum to take possession of our old FPS-8 radar antenna. It was installed at Rome Air Development Center, Griffiss AFB, NY around 1952 for R&D purposes. Moved to Wright-Patterson AFB in 2010 during BRAC. Retired from R&D service after almost 70 years in service. It is on display in the Cold War Gallery (Hangar 3) as of June 2021 along with UPA-62 PPI.
