Neat site you have here!! I was at the Baker, OR radar site from 9/63 to 9/67 as a 30352, radar repairman on the FPS/25 radar. Also worked on the UPS-14 IFF radar. I don't have any pics or other info to contribute -- sorry. My time at Baker was, and still is, the best years of my life. My family immigrated from Czechoslovakia and I joined to serve my country. The men I associated with at the site and the Baker City townsfolks were just great to me.

I have a couple of photos of radar sites in my early to mid-70s ADC past. They are 8.5 X 10" sized, and I wonder if I scanned them and emailed them to you as attachments, if you have a limit to the size of photos your email account can accommodate. One is an overhead shot in color of the 750th Radar Squadron, Boron AFS, CA. The other is of some of the radar fans at the 13th MWS, Clear AFS, AK. Complete with snow. :) What do you think? I may have already joined, but don't remember my login or pwd.

I need to visit this site more often! Every time here I find something new and interesting. Don't know if I've mentioned this before but I was not a 'true' 303X2. Being dual AFSC, I found myself at radar sites while in the states and at radio relay sites (304X0) while overseas - usually mountain tops in both cases! This wound up providing me with a wealth of technical experience on a variety of equipment which I still use to this day pursuing my hobby of repairing and restoring vintage tube (valve) type radios. I LOVED my USAF career of some 28 years and would do it again in a heartbeat! Kudos to you website maintainers!!

I forgot to post an update, but the technical issues with the website (photos not appearing) were resolved about three days after the occurrence. If anyone notices any other errors or omissions, please let us know. Thank you.
