I haven't "checked in" for awhile, so this entry is simply to let folks know I'm still alive and kicking, although aging rapidly!

Thanks for your long time support, John. You've been a supporter almost from day one. We really appreciate it!

15 years ago this guestbook was getting several entries daily. I too check in every day as I've done since this website was created. There is another radar vets website out there (I won't mention any names) that seems to have gotten everyone's attention. It's filled with a lot of non-radar crap at times. Plus the moderator refuses to post anything that runs counter to his opinion. I don't post a lot in this guestbook, but remain a loyal RADOMES fan. Still the original and the best.

18 Mar.2015 Just a little up-date on the status of the Old Hancock Field SAGE Complex and USAF Airbase. Sage Complex is still up for Sale. Most of the Barracks are tore down: they just finished bulldozing whats left of the Base Housing. What a shame the county here could have taken it over and used it to feed and temporarily house the homeless street people. I guess it was never to be.

Gene, maybe us 'old timer' Cold War vets are dying off too quickly. Or sadly, maybe the nation is in such a state that many simply 'don't care' much anymore. I have been here since day one and will stay until the door slams shut on my butt on the way closed!

There hasn't been much guestbook activity over the last month, so there's not much to see (nothing, actually). We currently show guestbook entries over the last 30 days. I'll be making a change to the code to show the past 30 entries if there's nothing else to show, I think.
