Thorton, Phil J. Walsh. This in regards to a reunion in July of 2002. 09/08/2001 00:00:00 Name: Jerry Zettler This morning reading the latest VFW magazine about the POW/MIA searches around the world. There are 78,000 MIA`s from WWII. This is very disturbing to me,for the fact in the very near future there will be no one left who has a personel memory of these brave men. So I feel that letters to our Congresmen and Senators.tell them that a more vigorous effort needs to be made to bring these men home. Ask, NO tell them there needs to be more National Budget money needs to be ear marked for this effort. Fifty six years is far too long for these men to have been forgotten. We need to get all our brothers home from all wars. Well I said my piece and I feel better. Rember VETERANS DAY is soon to be here so lete get those letters sent to Washington.
