I was an Airman in the 10th Air Force, 30th Air Division, 903rd Radar Squadron, Gettysburg, South Dakota. I worked on the Westinghouse ANFPS 27 Search Radar. I am proud to be a Cold War Veteran, even though I know that those of us who served will never be recognized for our service as those during the same period during the Vietnam War.

We were there 24 seven, 365, Sun, wind, Blizzard!!! We kept the system on line.

To all of my brethren in the ADC *** Good Work *** No one ever bombed us.....
